The Delaney is a cosy, stylish multi-level villa with an open-plan kitchen and living area on the ground floor and two queen bedrooms plus a full bathroom on the upper level. The interior has been set up with well-chosen furnishings, a large smart TV, high-speed fibre WiFi, and everything you'd expect from a great short stay. It's warm in winter, cool in summer, and genuinely comfortable throughout. Bedrooms Both bedrooms are dressed with fresh linen in a calm, considered palette - built for a proper night's sleep after a big Queenstown day. Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine with milk frother, microwave, cookware and pans, and the essentials stocked on arrival - oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea and milk. There's also a dishwasher, so cleanup is easy. Laundry A washing machine and dryer are available inside the villa for your convenience. Laundry liquid is also provided. Heating & Air-conditioning Each villa has heating and air-conditioning in the main living area. Bathroom One full bathroom on the upper level, stocked with plush towels and amenities. Clean, modern and well set up. Outside A private outdoor space to unwind. Communal drying rooms are also on site - a genuine bonus for ski season when wet gear needs somewhere to go overnight. Details provided in your confirmation email. Parking There is no dedicated parking within the villa complex. There is some off street parking is available on Munro Road and on Shearers Drive, you can also try Hall Street or O'Meara Street note this is all on a first-come, first-served basis & cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak periods but you can find something nearby.
